This is a Breeding agreement between Xtremebulldogs (stud owner) and ____________________________________ (bitch owner), for the breeding of an American Bulldog, Xtremebulldogs ___________, to an American Bulldog,  ________ (bitch), for a Stud Fee of $1500.00. * The stud fee is to be paid half at shipment of semen and the remainder to be paid during the first week of the puppies’ birth.

The Contract is valid for the stud service selected by the stud and bitch owner.

  • Option A: Artificial Insemination - Using Fresh Extended Semen _______.
  • Using Fresh Extended Semen. The full Stud Fee is to be paid upon receipt of this contract. *unless otherwise agreed upon prior to breeding.
  • The bitch owner will reimburse the Stud owner for veterinarian charges and any resulting charges that may occur as a result of the collection of semen including any shipping container charges and all other packaging and handling fees incurred in the shipping of specimen.
    • Option B: Artificial Insemination - Using Frozen Semen ________.
    • Using Frozen Semen: The Stud Fee is to be paid upon receipt of this contract.
    • The bitch owner will reimburse the Stud owner for shipping container charges, and all other packaging and handling fees incurred in the shipping of specimen charge by the storage facility.

  • Option C: Natural Breeding ________.

    • If natural breeding is the chosen method of breeding immediately prior to breeding, the bitch owner will provide the Stud owner with a current (within 10 days) Certificate signed by a veterinarian certifying the bitch to be clear of Brucellosis.
    • Failed Natural Breeding. In the event of condition that warrants an artificial insemination after failed attempts at a natural breeding, the Stud owner reserves all rights in the selection of the veterinarian to perform the procedure. If the bitch owner declines the procedure, the Stud owner will be reimbursed for local transportation and boarding charges from day one, plus fee of $100.00

    Two or more live puppies constitute a litter. In the event no litter is produced or is lost within the first five (5) days a repeat breeding at the bitch’s next heat will be provided at no additional charge of a Stud Fee. We do not refund money but will repeat the breeding or will also transfer money to a deposit on a puppy or another stud service. Bitch owner will provide Stud owner with a pedigree; photograph of bitch, and any other applicable information, for review and approval by Stud owner.

     

    Health Standards

    The bitch owner shall also be responsible for delivering a sound, physically fit and healthy bitch to the Stud owner and shall provide any special instructions, medication and food, if necessary, for the well-being and care of the bitch.

     

    Code of Ethics

    Bitch owner will make every attempt to place puppies in appropriate, sound and secure homes and shall not release puppies to their new owners until they are at least seven (7) weeks of age. No offspring from this mating are to be offered for sale to or through any pet shop or human organization.

     

    We have read the above and agree to all terms and conditions, and by our signatures acknowledge having received a copy of this contract.
